Yes. All Square hardware works with a free Square account. If you don't have one yet, you can sign up at squareup.com in a few minutes. Your Guardian Payment Services rep can also walk you through setup if you'd like a hand.

Most orders ship within one business day from our Waco, Texas warehouse. You'll get tracking information by email as soon as your device is on its way. Shipping is free on every order, no minimums.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused device for a full refund. The hardware needs to come back in its original packaging with all included accessories. Reach out to our team to start a return and we'll send you a prepaid label.

Yes. Every device we sell is genuine Square hardware and comes with the full Square manufacturer warranty. That's one year on most devices and two years on Square Register, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Square hardware is built to work with the Square Point of Sale ecosystem and is not compatible with other payment processors. If you're not sure whether Square is the right fit for your business, give us a call. We process payments for businesses every day and can help you compare your options.

Processing rates are set by Square, not by us. The standard rate is 2.6% plus 15 cents per in-person tap, dip, or swipe. Businesses processing more than $250,000 a year may qualify for custom rates. Talk to us about a rate review if you're a high-volume seller.
