1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on guardianpaymentspos.com, the online storefront of Guardian Payments POS, powered by Guardian Payment Services, LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to:

  • International addresses outside the United States
  • P.O. boxes
  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

If you have a special shipping need that falls outside these limits, please contact us through our Support page and we will do our best to help.

3. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required. The cost of shipping is included in the price of your order.

4. Where Orders Ship From

All orders ship from our warehouse located at 502 Austin Ave, Suite B, Waco, Texas 76701. Shipping originates from a single location, which means most orders within Texas and the central United States arrive faster than orders going to coastal destinations.

5. Carriers

We ship via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground. The specific carrier used for your order is selected based on destination, package size, and current carrier availability. Carrier selection is at our discretion and is not customer-selectable at checkout.

6. Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, sale events, or holiday seasons, processing time may be extended by 1 to 2 additional business days. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond our standard processing window.

7. Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States, depending on your location:

  • Texas and surrounding states: 1 to 2 business days
  • Central United States: 2 to 3 business days
  • East and West Coast: 3 to 5 business days
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, peak season volume, or other factors outside our control may extend delivery times.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime through our Track Order page.

If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us through our Support page so we can help.

9. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipments lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look for the package in safe drop locations such as porches, garages, or back doors
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim
  4. Reach out to us through our Support page and we will help where we can

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged contents
  2. Keep all packaging materials for the carrier to inspect
  3. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery through our Support page

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For shipments marked delivered but not received, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier first, then contacting us so we can assist.

11. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer absence, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply in these cases.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change a shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Support page. We can usually accommodate changes if your order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot intercept or redirect the package. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our Refund Policy if a return is needed.

13. Signature Requirements

Some high-value orders may require a signature at delivery. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery, typically up to three times. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.

14. Holiday Shipping

During major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, our warehouse and shipping carriers operate on reduced schedules. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance of any holiday.

A holiday shipping schedule with specific cutoff dates will be posted on the Site during peak seasons.

15. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. Sales tax does not affect shipping speed or method.

16. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
