Our parent company at guardianpaymentservices.com offers full-service merchant payment processing services that may complement the hardware purchased through this Site.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Products purchased from Guardian Payments POS are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. Most devices include a 1-year manufacturer warranty, while select products such as the Square Register include a 2-year warranty. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUARDIAN PAYMENTS POS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

"Square," "Square Terminal," "Square Register," "Square Reader," "Square Stand," "Square Kiosk," and "Square Handheld" are trademarks of Block, Inc. Guardian Payments POS is not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by Block, Inc. We use these names solely to identify the products we sell as a reseller.

All other trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners. The use of any third-party trademark or trade name on this Site does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Guardian Payments POS unless expressly stated.
